Responsibilities
- Configure and customize standard and customer-specific SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS applications.
- Digitize and optimize HR workflows such as leave requests, travel expense reporting, time recording, and payslips.
- Develop and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications to improve user experience and mobility.
- Connect applications to the SAP HCM backend and ensure data integration.
- Develop customer-specific SAP HCM reports and solutions using ABAP and ABAP-OO.
- Configure ESS/MSS and the Fiori Launchpad for implementations.
- Support users and provide training on self-service applications.
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation, migration, S/4HANA conversion, and integration projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
- More than five years of experience and strong knowledge of SAP Employee & Manager Self Services.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and WebDynpro.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP/ABAP-OO, BAdIs, BAPIs, and User-Exits.
- Strong knowledge of implementing apps on SAP Business Technology Platform and the Clean Core approach.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC-to-H4S4 migration and SAP SuccessFactors/H4S4 integration scenarios using SAP BTP and Integration Suite/CPI.
- Knowledge of configuring frontend and backend roles and authorizations.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Very good German and good English language skills, written and spoken.
