Responsibilities
- Partner with customers during onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform.
- Configure and support requirements traceability, documentation workflows, validation artifacts, and quality processes.
- Help customers apply verification, validation, evidence, and structured development practices in regulated environments.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow challenges, escalate appropriately, and follow issues through resolution.
- Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Contribute to accurate documentation in the Quality Management System and reinforce process discipline.
- Develop expertise in requirements management, verification and validation, and the V-model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Familiarity with requirements, verification and validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V-model through academic or professional exposure.
- Interest in regulated and safety-critical industries such as medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, or automotive.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts verbally and in writing.
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted customer and teammate relationships.
- Preferred: experience in customer success, professional services, product operations, B2B SaaS, quality, regulatory affairs, systems engineering, Software as a Medical Device, or early-stage product startups.
