Responsibilities
- Independently execute data engineering projects.
- Diagnose problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and execute relevant solutions.
- Process structured and unstructured data and undertake ELT activities.
- Develop data-processing code for automation and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain data solutions for clients and projects.
- Communicate and interact with clients at the executive level.
- Collaborate with data science, reporting, and product development teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Graduate degree or higher with coursework in programming and data analytics.
- Strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good programming skills in Python, Scala, or another scripting language.
- Good knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of big data.
- Experience with Azure.
- Strong business acumen and appreciation for business processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Git and CI-CD knowledge are preferred.
