Responsibilities
- Lead successful release delivery with a reporting team.
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
- Design application security using access groups, roles, and privileges, and build reusable components through ruleset hierarchy.
- Perform application development and system integration with databases and external systems.
- Conduct code reviews, follow guardrail compliance, work with AES, and manage deployment activities across environments.
- Track project-level metrics, manage the team, and handle client calls independently.
- Work with Python development, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems and tool use.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required; the posting also states an overall minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Pega Platform experience is mandatory.
- Mandatory certifications are CSA and CSSA; CUIS, CCSA, and CPMC are optional.
- Experience with Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, database and external-system integration, SOAP services, JMS, and MQ.
- Experience with SDLC processes, application design, security, deployment, code quality measures, guardrail compliance, and project metrics.
- Experience with Python development and prompt engineering; knowledge of agentic AI systems and Anthropic, AWS, or Google tools is preferred.
- React.js and Node.js experience is good to have.
- Strong team management, communication, client-handling, and pressure-management abilities.
