Liberty MutualResponsibilities
- Lead solution engineering and technical implementation of approved technologies aligned with architecture, customer business plans, and long-term strategy.
- Participate in architecture migrations, datacenter migrations, incident management, infrastructure compatibility troubleshooting, and resolution recommendations.
- Implement and evaluate SAP S/4HANA technical environments, including architecture design, technical blueprints, sizing, installation, conversion, and upgrades.
- Design high-availability, disaster-recovery, integration, endpoint, and data-flow strategies.
- Gather, analyze, define, document, and demonstrate technical requirements, specifications, system changes, and proposed solutions.
- Manage hybrid technical teams, mentor staff, coordinate vendors and business partners, and improve delivery processes and operational effectiveness.
- Support AI-enabled initiatives, automation, technology roadmaps, performance optimization, and the book-close process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Solutions Engineer or software-related occupation; experience may be gained during a graduate program.
- Demonstrable SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, migration, infrastructure, security, integration, and disaster-recovery experience.
- Experience with AWS, SAP Cloud Connector, Concur, Fieldglass, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Services, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Ariba, and related SAP and enterprise tools.
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled initiatives, UiPath, Splunk, PractiTest, security tools, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, data masking, and risk analysis.
- Required certifications include SAP S/4HANA Implementation Scenarios for Architects, SAP HANA 2.0, SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade, TOGAF 9 Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and C_TADM70_74 OS/DB Migration for SAP NetWeaver 7.4.
