Responsibilities
- Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users.
- Build software and participate in running and maintaining it while exemplifying DevOps culture.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external users to create effective product experiences.
- Contribute to distributed global architecture while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle, from ideation through implementation, maintenance, feedback, and improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Professional experience writing code in two or more programming languages and willingness to learn the company’s stack, primarily C#/.NET, Next.js, React, and GCP.
- Understanding of collaborative Agile methods such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum.
- Experience mentoring more junior team members.
- Multiple years of experience in a broadly similar environment.
- Resilience in early-stage business settings with evolving requirements and experimentation.
- Experience with data-heavy products, such as ETL pipelines, event streamlining, or data mesh approaches, is preferred.
- Experience with Azure or GCP, ensemble, mob, or pair programming, financial software, or test-driven development is preferred.
