Responsibilities
- Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users.
- Build collaborative software experiences for internal and external users.
- Contribute to distributed architecture while maintaining quality and performance requirements.
- Build and run software while exemplifying DevOps culture.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle from ideation through maintenance, feedback, and improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Professional experience writing code in two or more programming languages and willingness to learn the company’s stack.
- Experience with or familiarity with C#, .NET, Next.js, React, and GCP is relevant to the role.
- Understanding of Agile methods such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum.
- Experience mentoring more junior team members.
- Multiple years of experience in a comparable environment.
- Resilience in early-stage business situations involving evolving requirements and experimentation.
- Data-heavy product experience, including ETL pipelines, event streamlining, or data mesh approaches, is a bonus.
- Experience with Azure or GCP, ensemble, mob or pair programming, financial software, or Test Driven Development is a bonus.
