Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, testing, integration, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions while maintaining quality, compliance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operational practices through AI-assisted productivity.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
