Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure software quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design and implement SAP FI/CO Finance modules and integrate them with other business processes and systems.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Make decisions across multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Perform code reviews and maintain high software-quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Deep knowledge and experience as a subject matter expert in SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- Expertise designing and implementing financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience integrating SAP FI/CO Finance with other business processes and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SAP financial applications.
- Strong code review and software-quality skills.
- Influencing, advisory, and team decision-making skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
