$262k - $354k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop finance transformation strategies using Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Cloud technologies and drive execution.
- Define current-state and target-state architecture, technical strategy, data domains, architectural metrics, and design documentation.
- Architect front-end, back-end, and large-scale data solutions across financial business processes and traditional and non-traditional data platforms.
- Drive technical alignment, arbitrate disagreements, communicate architectural decisions, and influence engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders to improve organizational velocity, build strong teams, and guide staffing, recruitment, retention, and coaching.
- Present designs internally and externally, participate in industry conferences, and represent Intuit’s technology transformation.
- Lead technology evaluations, recommendations, architectural maturity assessments, and execution through planning, delegation, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software products, preferably in the financial industry, including senior architecture and software development roles.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex finance transformations using Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise finance systems, financial processes, data-domain definition, and relevant architecture and technology practices.
- Expertise architecting, designing, and developing large-scale data solutions using Big Data, relational databases, and Amazon Web Services.
- Experience setting technology and architectural direction, influencing business and engineering leadership, and making trade-offs between short- and long-term goals.
- Experience using data insights for product refinement and applying Agile processes to drive innovation and reduce risk.
- Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and cross-functional influence skills.
