Responsibilities
- Configure Atrix templates, pipelines, data sources, and AI workflows for complex scientific and medical processes.
- Lead customer implementations from onboarding through configuration, validation, go-live, and iteration.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, lead weekly calls, and own 3–5 enterprise accounts end-to-end within six months.
- Build rapid prototypes and workflow experiments for go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements, triage bugs, identify feature gaps, and partner with engineering on fixes and enhancements.
- Own business-sense QA, accuracy validation, risk identification, guardrails, AI evaluations, and scalable validation processes.
- Create internal standard operating procedures for deployment, QA, template configuration, and customer onboarding.
- Surface reusable templates and product opportunities while advising medical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, ML implementation, data engineering, or an adjacent role.
- A computer science degree is required for candidates whose prior role was non-software engineering.
- Strong Python experience and comfort with light frontend work in React and TypeScript.
- Ability to write evaluations and optimize AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical scientific audiences.
- Strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and detail in high-stakes workflows.
- Customer-facing experience, ownership mindset, and preferably startup experience.
- Preferred qualifications include life sciences, healthcare, real-world data, data science, healthcare AI startup, technical consulting, or regulated and enterprise AI deployment experience.
