Responsibilities
- Configure Atrix templates and AI workflows to match scientific processes.
- Set up and validate customer-approved data sources.
- Drive the full implementation lifecycle from onboarding to go-live.
- Lead weekly customer calls as the primary technical contact.
- Build prototypes for go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Own business-sense QA and accuracy validation for deployments.
- Identify patterns across accounts to surface product opportunities.
- Become a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in forward deployed engineering, software engineering, or related roles.
- A CS degree is required if previous roles were non-software engineering.
- Strong Python experience and comfort with light frontend work in React/TS.
- Ability to write evaluations and optimize AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Experience in customer-facing environments and ownership of outcomes.
- Startup experience is strongly preferred.
