Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Python.
- Implement and maintain LLM-powered features and agentic AI systems.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embedding systems, vector databases, and retrieval workflows.
- Design and implement data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Set up and manage Grafana monitoring dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements
- Require 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Require strong proficiency and advanced development skills in Python.
- Require experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar LLM frameworks, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases, embedding models, and RAG architectures or their components.
- Require knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts and applications.
- Require experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.
- Require hands-on Grafana experience and strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Require proficiency with Git.
- Preferred experience includes AI agents, autonomous systems, semantic search, knowledge graphs, ontologies, real-time AI stream processing, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, Prometheus, and MLOps tools.
