Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS.
- Collaborate with product management, frontend, and QA teams on technical requirements and platform integration.
- Optimize existing services for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and improve resource utilization and stability.
- Implement code quality, testing, and deployment practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor backend service health and performance and mitigate potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend software development experience focused on Java and AWS.
- Strong experience building and operating low-latency, high-scale services in distributed environments.
- Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem and related frameworks.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and ClickHouse.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and security best practices.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, independent work, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills.
