Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience delivering production-grade Golang applications.
- Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript frameworks and web-based tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver robust, scalable software solutions and full-stack systems.
- Experience mentoring and guiding mid-level and junior developers.
- A track record of improving team processes, tooling, and development standards.
- Ability to translate solution documentation into actionable development tasks.
