Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, performant, and high-availability systems.
- Lead a small team of developers through solution design and development from start to finish.
- Own hands-on technical delivery from development through production release.
- Set standards for solution design, code quality, and delivery governance.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team inside and outside office hours.
- Estimate work, produce solution documentation, and ensure accurate delivery commitments.
- Mentor and coach team members while distributing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience with Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript, or similar alternative technologies.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-browser-compatible development.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
