Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Golang applications and services.
- Own complex greenfield software projects from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear technical designs and actionable development tasks.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to mid-level and junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Improve team processes, tooling, development standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and code reviews.
- Ensure software integration through comprehensive testing and documentation.
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience delivering production-grade Golang applications.
- Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear designs.
- Experience mentoring and guiding mid-level and junior developers.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
- Experience with web-based tooling, integrations, and full-stack development.
- Experience translating solution documentation into actionable development tasks.
