Responsibilities

Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and manage technical aspects.
Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
Foster strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability to review complex architecture and provide guidance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team.
Fluency in German or Italian, both verbal and written.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
