Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and compliance specialists to craft compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Ops, Product Management, and Data Privacy teams.
- Develop and maintain tools to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage project timelines for compliance-related initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable systems for compliance needs.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design, coding, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TypeScript.
- Track record of developing high-quality, reliable software.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver technical initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with AI coding assistants is preferred.
