Responsibilities
- Drive thought leadership and build executive relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
- Understand customer business objectives and apply Stripe’s solutions to their challenges.
- Secure technical wins for Stripe’s products through demos and RFP responses.
- Create scalable processes and partnerships to enhance the sales process.
- Expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts and introduce new capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful briefings for SSMB accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform product insights and trends.
- Work closely with professional services and partners to accelerate activations.
- Collaborate with partners to help Stripe scale and reach its Total Addressable Market.
- Travel approximately 25% to connect with users and collaborate internally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role in fintech or payment-tech.
- Experience presenting and architecting solutions in customer-facing roles.
- Deep understanding of at least 2 of Stripe’s primary deployment languages.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn Stripe solutions quickly.
- Understanding of how various technologies and systems interact.
- Strong executive engagement skills and presence.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with the GTM team.
- Experience solving open-ended business problems with technology.
