Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, repeatable generative AI agents as configurable customer solutions.
- Act as the product owner for an application area and turn AI agents into reusable applications.
- Partner with Solutions and Forward Deployed Engineers during sales and implementation projects to understand customer needs.
- Create standard templates and reusable components that reduce time to activation and address core customer challenges.
- Synthesize customer feedback into product vision and iterate on agents to solve use cases at scale.
- Collaborate with the core product team to prioritize platform features and advise as an expert user.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data science, software engineering, consulting, or product management, including customer-facing work or product ownership.
- Strong technical or quantitative background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or Economics.
- Clean, maintainable Python and SQL skills with a good understanding of REST APIs.
- Ability to break down complex problems and abstract them into scalable, reusable solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders and a product-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work hybrid from the London or Berlin office at least three days per week.
- Preferred: experience building AI applications within financial services.
- Preferred: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
