Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions that automate and digitize data-center network management.
- Build platform products and tooling for network planning, deployment, change management, verification, and analytics across the network lifecycle.
- Improve network delivery efficiency, stability, availability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related major.
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, ARP, and related protocols.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, including Python, Go, C, C++, or Rust.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database programming and optimization.
- Strong discipline regarding code and design quality, code reviews, and coding practices.
- Preferred experience with network automation deployment, automated change development, Robotron, Apstra, Forward Networks, OTN, switch devices, and their management or control protocols.
