Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs and backend services in a cloud environment.
- Create scripts and tools to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring workflows.
- Design and manage Docker-based solutions for portable, reproducible development and production environments.
- Implement monitoring and analytics pipelines using machine learning and AI to surface system health and usage trends.
- Design and code web portals and dashboards for enterprise management applications.
- Gain hands-on experience with software development activities and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
Requirements
- Recently completed within the past six months or currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Software Engineering or a related field with applicable coursework.
- Experience building web services and applications with Golang, Rust, NodeJS, MySQL, Vue, and React.
- Familiarity with Linux and shell languages.
- Experience with client-server architecture and web services.
- Strong interest in pursuing a software design and development career path.
- Experience with AWS and Docker is preferred.
- Open-source contributions and experience with unit testing, continuous integration, and test-driven development are advantageous.
