Responsibilities
- Work directly with Zuora Product Engineers on customer use cases and feedback.
- Understand and implement data/object models.
- Document technical solutions, checklists, and runbooks for customer sign-off.
- Provide guidance and implement best practices to turn customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Help customers with their user acceptance testing and production deployments.
- Support customers with regularly scheduled calls to answer functional and technical questions.
Requirements
- At least 3-8 years of technical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting roles within a professional services organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Salesforce APEX, SQL, or PLSQL.
- Ability to review API documentation and troubleshoot API integrations.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills at both business and technical levels.
