Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead developer for PS Cloud initiatives, guiding solution design and defining technical standards.
- Design and deliver complex, custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and flows to extend Certinia PSA functionality.
- Implement and configure core Certinia PSA modules, including projects, milestones, and timecards.
- Architect and implement effective solutions leveraging PSA data model and end-to-end services processes.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and data quality improvement.
- Stay current with Certinia platform releases and recommend the adoption of new features.
- Utilize debugging and analytical skills to resolve technical issues and maintain platform health.
- Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success leaders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform in Senior Consultant or Developer roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on Certinia experience focused on PS Cloud.
- PSA System Administration certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.
- Expert-level custom Salesforce development skills including Apex and LWC.
- Deep familiarity with PSA concepts in a SaaS or services context.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical designs to stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments is preferred.
