Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain customer-facing dashboard features using React.js, Java Spring Boot, and Python
- Develop responsive and performant interfaces for search, merchandising, and analytics workflows
- Build scalable Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs
- Develop and maintain Python services and data pipelines for customer insights and dashboard analytics
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate requirements into high-quality software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and performance
- Deliver medium-sized and significant features end to end through production deployment
- Improve developer productivity, code quality, application performance, and maintainability
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience
- Strong programming experience in Java and hands-on experience building backend applications with Spring Boot
- Experience building modern web applications with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
- Experience writing Python applications or services for automation, data processing, or backend development
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software development practices
- Docker and Kubernetes familiarity is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills
