Responsibilities
- Understand existing Power Apps source code and architecture with subject matter experts.
- Design, implement, maintain, test, debug, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
- Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI applications, and other Office 365 solutions.
- Gather cross-functional requirements and translate them into practical Power Platform solutions.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server tables and write SQL queries.
- Maintain architecture and source-code documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems and customer issues.
- Collaborate with distributed teams, product managers, process owners, and business stakeholders.
- Guide junior team members and promote sound software engineering practices.
- Support enterprise Power Platform solutions and work according to Agile practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline with a software concentration.
- Hands-on experience building end-to-end complex Power Apps applications and Office 365 solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and SQL Server.
- Experience using SharePoint Lists and SQL Server as data sources for Power Apps, flows, and Power BI.
- Experience with relational database design, data migration to SQL Server using scripts or ETL, and SQL database support and maintenance.
- Strong Power BI skills using SharePoint and SQL Server.
- Microsoft certification in a Power Platform technology is preferred.
- Ability to understand and implement complex Power Automate flows.
- 3+ years of web development experience, including JSON, XML, and HTML, is preferred.
- Experience consuming APIs in Power Apps, Power BI, or other applications is preferred.
- SharePoint development experience, including Lists, Hub sites, and document libraries, is a plus.
- Customer focus, enterprise customer experience, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn new technology stacks.
