Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of software solutions from concept through delivery.
- Build and maintain backend APIs and frontend web applications for service orchestration.
- Develop reliable, scalable services that orchestrate workflows and integrations and automate operational processes.
- Create self-service tools for stakeholders to deploy and manage cloud environments.
- Own the resolution of complex technical issues and support users.
- Participate in bug fixing, testing, investigation, and security-focused engineering work.
- Mentor and support engineers across the team.
- Drive improvements to tooling, processes, engineering standards, and team culture.
- Conduct code reviews and set standards for code quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading technically complex projects.
- Solid foundation in software design, distributed systems, and engineering best practices.
- Clear communication skills across engineering, product, and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to reduce unnecessary complexity.
