Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain production ML models using the Chariot platform.
- Write quality code in Go and Python.
- Lead the software development life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams and participate in design discussions.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficiency in Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust.
- Strong skills in Python programming.
- Experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with cloud architecture and scalable service design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be a US person (citizen, national, or Green Card holder).
