Responsibilities
- Build reusable, responsive, and WCAG accessible components for web applications.
- Maintain and organize the design token system and collaborate with design teams.
- Continuously improve the React component library with the latest frontend practices.
- Implement CI/CD unit tests, integration tests, and visual regression tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance components.
- Advocate for standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
- Mentor and support team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with component libraries, design systems, and design tokens.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with frontend tooling and migration.
- Experience with testing frameworks like React Testing Library and Cypress.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and ownership-driven with a commitment to delivering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
