Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage manual and automated testing efforts for chat and voice technology projects.
- Use business workflows and technical architecture to communicate testing risks, coverage, and quality insights to leadership.
- Reduce manual testing effort through automation and AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish is required.
- At least 5 years of Selenium experience is required.
- At least 2 years of IVR testing experience is required.
- At least 2 years of automation testing experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or greater is required.
- Experience with Playwright is preferred.
- Experience with Cyara is preferred.
