Responsibilities
- Help implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
- Design solutions based on customer requests and needs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal Veeva teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Exposure to the Life Sciences industry and Regulatory Affairs is preferred.
- Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar fields.
- Legally authorized to work in Europe without sponsorship.
