Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers on customer engagements.
- Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skills.
- Participate in customer business process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
- Configure Veeva products to customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
- Help build and test solutions, train customers, and support final deployment.
- Document system requirements and solution designs.
- Explain solutions to different audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% of the time and work effectively in person and remotely.
- Strong time management, prioritization, deadline management, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designs.
- Interest in software and using technology to improve business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Preferred qualifications include another European language, relevant business, technical, engineering, or life sciences education or experience, pharmaceutical experience, leadership or community involvement, teaching experience, programming or relational database knowledge, and CRM or document management system knowledge.
