Base Salary
$152k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend services for stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations.
- Evaluate, integrate, and operate external partner APIs and systems.
- Own feature delivery from technical design through production deployment and ongoing operation.
- Support smart contracts for minting, burning, and safeguarding stablecoin supply.
- Develop rewards, incentive, and conversion features with cross-functional teams.
- Improve platform reliability and quality through testing, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
- Proficiency in Go and exposure to blockchain fundamentals, including Ethereum or similar EVM chains.
- Experience integrating and operating third-party APIs and external partner systems.
- Ability to deliver features end to end with autonomy, from design through deployment and operation.
- Familiarity with distributed systems patterns and high-quality, well-tested production code.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
