Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using established software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all stages of the software development process, including designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Work directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and helping organizations become AI-led.
- Experience applying software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Ability to optimize algorithms and software designs for computational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and comfort working directly with clients.
- Programming experience with Python.
