Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise and government customers, partners, account executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Design and deploy customer pilots and evaluations that demonstrate the impact of Cohere technology.
- Develop enterprise architectures for customer deployments and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, technology deep dives, and best-practice guidance.
- Gather customer feedback, identify platform improvements, and act as the liaison between customers and Cohere’s Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop scalable processes for the Solutions Architect team and adjacent teams, and help partners enable and accelerate their customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Passion for generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts, including training and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and engage deeply with technical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, unstructured, and uncharted environments and implement high-impact processes.
- Comfort working with Python and assistive coding tools.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
- Preferred: fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical communication.
