Responsibilities
- Develop architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps for complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into documented solution architecture designs.
- Implement robust and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and integrations across full ERP estates.
- Lead cross-functional teams using onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Engage with client stakeholders at all levels and present solutions to senior audiences.
- Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations, product roadmaps, and HR technology options.
- Support RFP responses and contribute to pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and develop talent while sharing knowledge across the SAP Practice.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules and HR domains.
- Experience leading large, global projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors integrations and ERP estates.
- Experience leading pre-sales activities and articulating the business benefits of SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior client stakeholders.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, product management, agile principles, development methodologies, and architectural debt.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics, SAP WorkZone, and other supporting technologies.
- Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, including continuous UK residence for the previous five years.
- Interest in mentoring, developing talent, and sharing knowledge.
