Responsibilities
- Shape user-needs gathering and inform the wider solution architecture to meet client and user objectives.
- Own the high- and low-level solution design for end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform projects.
- Design secure, accessible, scalable solutions and integration architectures using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Support estimation, project planning, delivery, and technical risk analysis as a technical leader.
- Interact with client stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and communicate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and limitations, plus wider experience with Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience on Power Platform-based programmes.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, ideally using Azure DevOps.
- Experience planning projects and releases in sprints and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, critical-thinking, and client relationship skills.
- Recent Microsoft certifications are advised.
- Must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last five years.
