Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, identify business challenges, define success metrics, and translate objectives into AI-enabled solutions and operating model changes.
- Own solution architecture and hands-on delivery of prototypes, proofs of value, and production-ready solutions.
- Apply AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, and analytics to business problems while meeting security, compliance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
- Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness standards.
- Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, change management, and post-deployment value realization.
- Lead delivery pods, mentor junior team members, and create reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, client workshops, solution shaping, and business case development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, software engineering, solution architecture, product management, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading client engagements from discovery through deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Financial Services, including banking and/or insurance.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, analytics, or agentic AI solutions.
- Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, evaluation methods, guardrails, and Responsible AI.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery workstreams.
- Preferred qualifications include production AI/Generative AI delivery, cloud-native architecture, APIs, DevOps, containers, enterprise integrations, business architecture, process transformation, operating model design, capability mapping, regulated environments, model risk management, data governance, compliance, pre-sales, solution shaping, and business development.
