Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams on new and existing business opportunities.
- Present and craft product demonstrations.
- Perform technical discovery and architect solution designs for prospects.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during merchant engagements.
- Collaborate with product teams on improvements, initiatives, and feature requests.
- Work with implementation managers and customer success teams to support smooth client journeys.
Requirements
- Experience as a pre-sales or post-sales solution engineer.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using API tools such as Postman and debugging or logging tools.
- Experience building integrations with payment-service providers.
- Deep understanding of how APIs function.
- Programming skills in at least one common programming language.
- Strong storytelling and consultative problem-solving skills.
