Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and bridge customer needs with engineering teams.
- Influence implementation and delivery of Bloq.it solutions for new and existing customers.
- Monitor available data to support customer success and create mitigations for fleet-wide issues.
- Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and functionality.
- Support customers post-sale by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices.
- Develop and improve scalable delivery processes and collaborate with engineering to resolve client inquiries.
- Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
- Ability to read programming languages, mainly Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and improve processes from scratch and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include smart-locker or logistics industry experience, problem-management experience, fluency in French, Italian, or German, and proficiency with API documentation tools.
