Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level GlobalLink solutions for international clients.
- Draft implementation project plans with timelines, details, and risk analysis, and coordinate delivery against deadlines.
- Coordinate with client teams and oversee GlobalLink product implementation, configuration, installation, setup, and upgrades.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for clients and assist support teams with configuration issues.
- Coordinate GlobalLink connector upgrades with internal teams, clients, and system integrators.
- Create custom client reports using MySQL.
- Collaborate with Product Management on client technical issues and product functionality requests.
- Prepare training and procedures, contribute to internal projects, and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, documentation, time management, and project management skills.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of language technology, including CAT tools, translation environments, translation portals, localization tools, machine translation, post-editing, terminology, and translation memory tools, is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Veeva document management solutions is a bonus.
- Knowledge of CMS/PIM systems is a bonus.
