Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, integrate, and deploy cloud-based EMS/NMS and autonomous network assurance solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
- Develop API integrations, interfaces, automation workflows, and orchestration capabilities.
- Support data collection, normalization, parsing, and correlation across network domains.
- Contribute to cloud-native and containerized application deployments.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing, including customer acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers and support production deployments and escalations.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions, solution presentations, and pre-sales consultation.
- Collaborate with product, development, operations, engineering, and global delivery teams.
- Contribute to reusable automation assets, best practices, knowledge sharing, and technical mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with autonomous network assurance products and solutions and telecom OSS, EMS/NMS.
- Experience delivering solutions in large-scale telecommunications environments.
- Experience with cloud-native, containerized, and cloud-based EMS/NMS development environments.
- Strong understanding of network management and assurance architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JMS, XML, SNMP, XSLT, data parsing and transformation, MariaDB, Oracle Database, SQL, Neo4j, Java, Python, Perl, Drools, Groovy, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
- Preferred experience with Nokia OSS Products, 5G Network Slicing, 5G Standalone and Non-Standalone architectures, IP/MPLS networks, optical networks, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and fixed access networks.
- Fluent English and strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
