Base Salary
$166k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement consensus protocols for autonomous vehicles.
- Build distributed teaming state for mission data and conflict resolution.
- Support strong consensus and eventual consistency in real-world scenarios.
- Own failure semantics for partitioned vehicles rejoining the team.
- Develop software solutions involving significant data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for real-world testing and deployment.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- 3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux environment.
- Experience in building software solutions with significant data processing.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and code bases.
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
