Responsibilities
- Provide direct end-user support to business leaders and sales teams.
- Provide Salesforce system and business-process expertise for projects and integrations.
- Review solution summaries for best-practice adherence and fit-for-purpose development.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations.
- Document technical solutions, business processes, best practices, and reference architectures.
- Support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and development lifecycle activities.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions and contribute to Salesforce technical principles and concepts.
- Support continuous business-process improvement and assessment of complementary Salesforce technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous Salesforce administrative experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Developer certification preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of scalable and reliable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
- Demonstrated support success with at least one large Salesforce Org.
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
