Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable Go-based software products on Kubernetes.
Participate in requirements analysis, design, deployment, maintenance, and other stages of the software development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to design and architecture discussions.
Deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes applications using logs, events, and pod lifecycle analysis.
Set up monitoring and alerting, automate repetitive workflows, and support system stability through an on-call rotation.
Design autonomous Kubernetes Controllers for manual workflows and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Proficiency in Go and comfort writing automation scripts.
Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes and understanding basic troubleshooting.
Understanding of uptime, monitoring, and alerting for service health.
A reliability mindset and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Experience or strong desire to learn Kubernetes Operators and Controllers in Go is preferred.
Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, large-scale distributed clusters, code reviews, infrastructure-as-code, and Kubernetes workflow automation is preferred.
