Responsibilities

Support the design, optimization, and lifecycle management of the observability stack, including Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and OpenSearch.
Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators for stateful services such as MariaDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
Manage and maintain shared infrastructure services, including the Harbor Container Registry and internal NTP servers.
Automate and improve database operations, including backup and restore mechanisms and scaling optimizations.
Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to reliable cloud infrastructure within an international team.

Solid programming foundation in Go or Python.
Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture and familiarity with or willingness to learn Kubernetes Operators, controller patterns, and CRDs.
Practical experience or strong familiarity with observability technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry and/or stateful infrastructure such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ.
Basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Motivation to work in an agile “You Build It, You Run It” environment and apply quality rigor.
Clear technical communication, proactive collaboration, and strong motivation.
Familiarity with OpenStack components and architecture, especially Keystone, is a significant plus.
