Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and operate cloud-native services end-to-end.
- Develop backend software, preferably using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Apply BPMN 2.0 and Camunda to business workflow automation and orchestration scenarios.
- Proactively propose technical solutions, explain tradeoffs, and support client decision-making.
- Manage evolving client requirements and guide technical discussions toward practical solutions.
- Identify production risks and unusual system behavior, and help implement sustainable fixes.
- Contribute to architecture, pipelines, tooling, and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with backend development; Java and Spring Boot are preferred.
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with Terraform or Crossplane for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Interest in business workflow automation and orchestration using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda.
- Ability to communicate as a consultant, explain technical tradeoffs, manage client requirements, and collaborate with teammates.
- Production-oriented mindset with a preference for automation and end-to-end ownership.
