Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and testable Java software.
- Contribute to technical solution design and development planning.
- Provide accurate timeframes and technical task assessments.
- Create unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Italian is required.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Java/JEE development is required.
- Strong expertise in the Spring ecosystem is required.
- Solid experience with object-oriented design and design patterns is required.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ORMs is required.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is required.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, or Angular is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll and financial business processes is preferred.
