Responsibilities
- Instrument and measure how healthcare AI Employees perform in production.
- Identify where agent quality breaks down.
- Design experiments to improve agent performance and close quality gaps.
- Partner with clinical experts to ensure improvements support better patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort operating with incomplete information.
- Experience with Python and agent-led development.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare domain.
- Clinical experience is valued but not required.
