Ema is hiring a customer-facing Solutions Engineer in India to turn Fortune 500 customer requirements into working AI solutions, demos, and production-ready pilots. The role combines hands-on integrations, Python data transformation, and collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Secure Ema’s AI agents and cloud platform against emerging threats across multi-tenant enterprise environments. You’ll build AI security guardrails, cloud controls, detection capabilities, and adversarial testing for production agentic systems.

Build and ship responsive full-stack web applications for Ema’s AI-powered employee products. You’ll work across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, integrations, and performance optimization using technologies including React, gRPC, Node.js, and Python.

Build and operate the cloud infrastructure powering Ema’s agentic AI platform at enterprise scale. You’ll focus on Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, deployments, observability, and reliable multi-tenant SaaS systems.

This role spans the full ML lifecycle, from data exploration and model training through validation and production deployment.

Build and ship scalable full-stack web applications for Ema’s enterprise Agentic AI platform, with a strong focus on exceptional user interfaces and API integrations. The role combines front-end ownership in React with back-end development, deployment, performance, and accessibility work.

Help measure and improve healthcare AI agents operating in production by identifying quality gaps and designing experiments that improve patient outcomes. This part-time role combines Python-based agent development, analytical investigation, and collaboration with clinical experts.

Build and deploy agentic automation directly inside customer organizations, owning the journey from process discovery and technical solutioning through demos, deal support, and production implementation. This highly autonomous role combines engineering, solution architecture, customer engagement, and operational execution across rotating international deployments.
