Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear solution approaches.
- Deliver tailored demos showing how Ema’s AI applications address customer problems.
- Build AI application proofs of concept and pilots for customers.
- Integrate with customer data and applications through APIs and use Python for data transformation.
- Work with engineering and product teams to resolve technical blockers in live customer engagements.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Document solution designs, integrations, and lessons learned for reuse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Implementation Engineer.
- Experience working with different data structures and data engineering.
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and providing demos.
- Ability to work with APIs and Python for data transformation.
- Knowledge of AI technology and enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience building proofs of concept or pilots that moved into production.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLM-based applications, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS, ITSM, or ERP platforms.
- Ability to explain technical choices clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
